To create an account on kiu9, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating or managing multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account.
• Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access must be reported to the kiu9 support team immediately.

kiu9 may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account if valid documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe.

For deposits and withdrawals on kiu9, we support only Bangladesh's mobile financial services:

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal timeframe: Approved requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• The account used for a withdrawal request must be registered in your own name.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. kiu9 does not offer direct bank transfer.

kiu9 offers bonus promotions for its users. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount.

If fraud is detected in connection with any bonus offer, kiu9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the associated account. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all such accounts being closed.

kiu9's VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. kiu9 reserves the right to downgrade a tier if an account remains inactive for an extended period. To be eligible for cashback, the account must be active and must not have violated any terms.

kiu9 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated bots, software, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Using another player's account or playing on behalf of another person.
• Intentionally exploiting any game vulnerability or technical error.
• Collusion (coordinated betting across multiple accounts for mutual benefit).
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing other users or staff.

Violating these rules gives kiu9 the right to close an account and forfeit its balance without notice.

• Extended account inactivity (at kiu9's discretion).
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

Upon account closure, all pending bonuses and rewards will be considered void.

kiu9 strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• Service disruption caused by internet connectivity issues or problems with your device.
• Loss caused by your own negligence or error.
• Disruption of third-party services (payment gateways, internet providers).
